| After some delay, the third release of the project is out. The main change in this release is HEAVY restructuring of the layouts naming scheme - based on ISO standards (namely 639, 3166, 15924). Also, the compatibility rules were added (not 100% complete though). Some more documentation is put into the dosc subdirectory. The i18n effort is under construction. The intltool is still causing some warnings during the build process - but they are not critical and can be ignored. As usual, the feedback would be highly appreciated.
